Stacy J Messex doing business as Curves-Wonderworld, located at 1917 Dutton Drive, Suite 102, San Marcos, Texas, will cease operation as of February 28, 2013. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Curves-Wonderworld in San Marcos with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Curves-Wonderworld in San Marcos pursuant to the membership contract.
