Notice of Health Spa Closing
Joyce Ann Sanchez doing business as Curves at Marble Falls, located at 720 4th Street, Marble Falls, Texas, will cease operation as of December 31, 2012. The Secretary of State has been notified of this closing. Members of Curves at Marble Falls in Marble Falls with time remaining on a prepaid membership contract may file a claim with the Office of the Secretary of State for the value of the balance of the contract. To perfect a claim, you must send a copy of the membership contract and proof of payment indicating the amount paid to Curves at Marble Falls in Marble Falls pursuant to the membership contract.
