The Polygraph Examiners Board over the past year has revisited its Board Rules and Regulations and has conducted an extreme review and revision, and will continue to do so in a timely manner or as need arises. At the present time computerization issues as they relate to the polygraph profession is under review. The following is an outline of our Board Rules and Regulations and the date they were last revised.
Chapter 391 Internship, Section 391.1 - 391.9 revised 8/97
Chapter 393, General Rules of Practice and Procedure, Section 393.1-393.7, revised 8/97.
Chapter 395, Code of Operating Procedures for Polygraph Examiners, Section 395.1 - 395.17, revised 8/97.
Chapter 397, Practice and Procedures, Section 397.1 - 397.33, revised 5/97.
At the present time, there is no Chapter 392, 394, 396, 398, 399 or 400. There is a Chapter 401 Grievance Review of Disciplinary Action, which affords employees of the Board the opportunity to appear before a grievance committee if the need should arise. Revised 3/86
