In accordance with the Texas Government Code, 2001.039, the Texas Education Agency submits the following plan for review of their rules. Please note that amendments to rules specified in the plan may be proposed at a different date through a separate rulemaking process. Specifically, the SBOE intends to conduct a more comprehensive review of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills separate from this sunset review.
