Rule Review Plan

Pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code 2001.039, Agency Review of Existing Rules, Senate Bill 178 (SB 178), 1.11(b) and (c) of Acts 1999, 76th Legislature, the following rule review plan is submitted for the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners:

Chapter 71 Applications and Applicants, will be reviewed every four years beginning in April 2002.

Chapter 73 Licenses and Renewals, will be reviewed every four years beginning in April 2003.

Chapter 74 Chiropractic Facilities, will be reviewed every four years beginning in June 2004.

Chapter 75 Rules of Practice, will be reviewed every four years beginning in November 2003.

Chapter 76 Formal SOAH Proceedings, will be reviewed every four years beginning in October 2004.

Chapter 77 Advertising and Public Communication, will be reviewed every four years beginning in November 2003.

Chapter 78 Chiropractic Radiologic Technologists, will be reviewed every four years beginning in October 2004.

Chapter 79 Provisional Licensure, will be reviewed every four years beginning in October 2004.

Chapter 80 Miscellaneous, will be reviewed every four years beginning in November 2003.
