Sample Notary Commissions Issued by the Office of the Secretary of State
Notary Public commissions are delivered by email. If email receipt is not feasible, the Secretary of State will send a commission by U.S. Mail. Notaries may print an emailed commission in color. Commissions delivered by mail will be black and white.
